Karl Witt CEO and Founder Karl Witt founded KW Electric LLC in 2003.  The KW Automation division opened in late 2003 and was followed by KW Wireless in 2004. All of these divisions were pulled under parent company KW Corporation in 2007 headquartered in Fowlerville, Michigan. Karl has grown from a one man operation to a thriving multi-faceted technology and communications company. He is responsible for the company’s business strategy, expansion and building the business partnerships. Karl’s leadership has grown the company year over year into a dominant player serving today some of America’s largest corporations. Karl attributes his growth most importantly to his most valued resource, our people and maintaining a customer-focused approach to doing business.

Justin Richards   Vice President, KW Automation     Justin is Vice President for the KW Automation division and responsible for the overall management and direction of the field services organization and growing our national installation and service business. Prior to this position, he headed up the services organization as Manager of Warehouse and Dispatch. Justin brings 8 years experience in business development and sales management with international companies like Tramco and CDUE. His experience in negotiating contracts and establishing productivity metrics will help drive operational efficiencies for the company. Justin graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Communications.

Brian Ray Vice President, KW Electrical Brian joined the KW Team this year.  He was brought in to run the newly created KW Electrical Division. Brian, a Licensed Master Electrician brings 15 years experience in full range of top-quality services for successful projects, ranging from new systems design and installation, to upgrades and expansions, to trouble shooting, testing and repair. Whether it's high voltage wiring for an industrial project or troubleshooting a casino, Brian has done it!  Brian will lead his organization in all the KW high-voltage initiatives from routine and emergency maintenance to capital expansion, plant relocation and perform new construction.

Matthew Roddenberg MCITPEA, SA   CIO of KW Corporation     Matthew has recently joined the KW Team this year as CIO of KW Corporation. Prior to this position, Matthew serviced KW Corporation for years as a customer of MMR Computers. He brings 11 years of multi-vendor, multi-technology experience in implementing networks to troubleshooting. Expertise is working with companies that utilize computers with Operating  systems of windows 95 – Windows Vista , Mac OS X and Server platforms of windows 2000, 2003 and 2008. His skills do not stop at  computer or server technology but include terminal services, MS Exchange, Routing, Print servers, setup of routers, Cisco switches with vlans and voice over IP phone systems. As CIO, Matthew will be responsible for all technology based services, design, and technology initiatives for the KW customer base and  our own internal infrastructure.   Certifications = MCITP Server Administrator, MCITP Enterprise Administrator, Security and MCTS Windows Vista
